At Stepping Stone Health Services LLC, our Shared Living program offers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to live in private family homes with dedicated caregivers, known as Mentors. These Mentors provide a supportive and enriching environment, going beyond care to become advocates, teachers, and trusted companions. Backed by our experienced team, they help individuals develop skills, foster independence, and achieve their goals. The program is designed to encourage community involvement, personal growth, and meaningful connections. Together with individuals and their families, we create personalized service plans that adapt as needs and goals evolve.
